1、 Recruitment requirements
1. Obtained a doctoral degree, with a professional background in optical engineering, electronic science and technology, physics, and other related fields of science and engineering. Graduates from well-known domestic and foreign universities are given priority consideration.
2. Have experience in MEMS fiber sensing research and development or Hollow Fiber optical simulation. In the field of MEMS fiber optic sensing, familiarity with MEMS microfabrication technology, fiber optic sensing principles, and packaging technology is required; Those with experience in optical simulation of Hollow Fiber should be proficient in relevant simulation software such as COMSOL and R-Soft, and be able to accurately analyze the transmission characteristics and mode field distribution of Hollow Fiber.
3. Able to independently select MEMS fiber sensing or Hollow Fiber research and development projects, and form an efficient research team to implement project plans according to project requirements. Having good writing skills and overall control over scientific research projects, possessing strong organizational and coordination abilities, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving skills, ensuring the smooth progress and high-quality completion of projects.
2、 Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct in-depth scientific research in the fields of MEMS fiber sensing or Hollow Fiber, develop detailed research plans and execute them, explore new theories, methods, and technologies, and achieve innovative and influential scientific research results.
2. Responsible for the work of relevant scientific research projects, actively seeking external scientific research resources, collaborating with team members to complete various research contents specified in the project task book, regularly reporting project progress, and ensuring timely completion and acceptance of the project.
3. Participate in the construction and management of research teams, guide team members to carry out relevant experiments and theoretical research work, create a good research atmosphere, and enhance the overall research level of the team.
4. Actively participate in academic exchange activities both domestically and internationally, establish extensive connections and collaborations with peer experts, and enhance the visibility and influence of our research team in related fields.
