1、 Job Responsibilities
1. Serve as the technical leader for a specific application direction in the synthesis and application of polymer materials
2. Responsible for conducting research on domestic and international research progress in related technical fields and outputting research reports
3. According to the company’s requirements, complete the project initiation technical review, experimental scheme design verification, guide pilot scale and mass production, and establish relevant technical standard documents
4. Lead project team members to deeply cultivate a certain technical field and maintain the company’s products and technology at the forefront of the industry
5. Collaborate with the project department, marketing department, engineering department, and other relevant departments to complete the development and mass production of a certain product on time
6. Complete patent and other project applications
7. Responsible for technical iteration, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, as well as technical maintenance of products in the technical direction
8. Participate in technical consultations for major project proposals of the company and provide professional opinions
9. Participate in industry technology forums or visit clients for technical exchanges and company technology image promotion
10. Cultivate a team of technical talents
2、 Job requirements
1. Doctoral degree or above in polymer materials, organic synthesis, chemistry related fields
2. Solid theoretical foundation, active thinking, and strong hands-on ability
3. Work diligently, rigorously, goal oriented, enthusiastic, and responsible
4. Work experience in acrylic ester, organosilicon, polyurethane, epoxy, adhesive, protective film, functional tape, coating, coating related fields or research directions
5. CET-6, able to read English literature and communicate in writing normally, fluent in spoken English is preferred
6. Good communication and writing skills
7. positive energy, strong ability to withstand pressure, and adaptability to work rhythms with deadlines
8. Teamwork spirit, obedience to organizational arrangements, and organizational interests***
