Job requirements.
1. Insight into cutting-edge technology research and trends in AIGC/AGI, introducing and designing industry-leading technologies and solutions, and building sustained competitiveness;
2. Doctoral degrees from top universities at home and abroad in computer science, software, machine learning, Artificial intelligence, automation, mathematics, statistics, or related fields;
3. Experience in natural language processing, pre training, multimodal learning, reinforcement learning, alignment, intelligent dialogue and question answering, long text, image generation, music generation, video generation, story generation, code generation, high-performance computing, distributed architecture, etc. is preferred;
4. Passionate about generative language models and AGI, passionate about challenges and exploring unknown fields;
5. Good communication skills and cross team collaboration abilities;
