Job description ：
This position will be responsible for the research and development of new batteries, supporting the development of research and development work, and supporting the reserve and introduction of new products/technologies. The specific responsibilities are as follows.
1. Participate in research and development of efficient solar cells based on IBC/TOPCON structure;
2. Participate in research and development of new materials and equipment to provide technical support for the research and production of IBC/TOPCON high-efficiency solar cells;
3. Actively participate in the implementation of IBC/TOPCON high-efficiency solar cell new processes and the application of new materials;
4. Responsible for coordinating and collaborating with engineers from other departments to provide technical support for the pilot/mass production operation of IBC/TOPCON batteries;
5. Train relevant technical personnel to ensure the normal operation of IBC/TOPCON pilot/production lines and ensure that product performance meets technical requirements;
6. Participate in the formulation of various technical specifications for solar cells;
7. Apply for patents and publish technical articles in journals or conferences.
8. Responsible for other tasks assigned by superiors that are related to the company’s business.
Job requirements.
1. Educational background. Master’s degree or above, major in physics/materials/optics/new energy or related fields;
2. Work experience. More than 3 years of work experience in the photovoltaic industry, doctoral degree may have no experience;
3. Skills.
a) Master semiconductor physics knowledge and be familiar with photovoltaic devices;
b) Proficient in using data analysis software such as JMP and Minitab;
c) Understand the photovoltaic industry, enjoy innovation and continuous learning;
d) Proficient in analyzing and characterizing equipment, such as GC-MS, LC-MS,NMR, GPC, Raman, ICP-OES, SEM/EDS, TEM, X-ray， Section analysis, etc.;
4. Good at communication, teamwork, conceptual thinking, able to complete tasks and projects assigned by superiors on time and with quality;
5. Attitude. Honest and rigorous, actively innovative, strong learning ability;
