Job description ：
(1) Having good moral cultivation, abiding by laws and regulations, and excelling in both moral and academic conduct;
(2) Having obtained a doctoral degree and a dual certificate, the duration of obtaining a doctoral degree generally does not exceed 3 years;

(3) Strong independent research ability and good teamwork spirit, able to ensure full-time postdoctoral research work during the station period; Having a background in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer materials, mechanical engineering, electronic information, and other related fields;
(4) Applicants with strong scientific research abilities and significant research achievements will be given priority consideration.
Postdoctoral research direction
① Research on Advanced Manufacturing Technology of Printed Circuit Boards
② Research on Electronic Circuit Materials Science and Innovation
③ Research on High speed Signal Simulation and Signal Integrity Control Technology for Products
④ Research on other special applications and customized electronic circuit related technologies
Salary during the employment period
(1) Annual pre tax salary for enterprises ranges from 350000 to 450000 yuan (including five insurances and one housing fund).
(2) Government Postdoctoral Subsidy Policy.
A. According to the postdoctoral funding regulations of Guangzhou Municipal Government, the living allowance is 180000 yuan per year for two years.
B. According to the postdoctoral funding regulations of Huangpu District, Guangzhou, a living allowance of 100000 yuan will be provided for postdoctoral fellows in stations (bases, centers).
C. Assist in applying for talent recognition in Huangpu District. Class C will receive a maximum housing subsidy of 2 million yuan; D category provides a maximum housing subsidy of 500000 yuan.
D. Postdoctoral researchers can voluntarily choose to settle in Guangzhou after entering the station. For those who choose to settle in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, a household subsidy of 50000 yuan will be given, and their spouses and minor children can apply for accompanying household registration.
E. For postdoctoral fellows who work in Guangzhou after leaving the station, the Guangzhou Municipal Government will provide a resettlement allowance of 300000 yuan according to relevant regulations; After leaving the station, stay in Huangpu District, and the maximum subsidy for resettlement allowance at the district level can reach 400000 yuan.
