Hangzhou, abbreviated as “Hang”, is the capital and vice provincial city of Zhejiang Province. High level talents who purchase ordinary commodity housing for their own use and apply for housing provident fund loans can have their loan application and deposit period shortened to 3 months, and the loan amount can be determined by increasing the local household’s current maximum loan limit by 50%. In places where loan disbursement needs to wait, priority will be given to ensuring the disbursement of housing provident fund loans for high-level talents. In places where conditions permit, on the basis of the above preferential policies, according to local conditions, the policies for extracting housing provident fund and loans for high-level talents can be further relaxed.
4. Children’s education:
For Chinese children of high-level talents, innovative and entrepreneurial talents introduced by our city, they are required to enter (transfer to) schools or kindergartens in the compulsory education sector, enjoy the same treatment as the children of residents in Hangzhou, and go to the district/county (city) where their parents work or the education administrative department of the development zone to go through the admission (transfer) procedures with relevant certification materials, and arrange to study in public schools or kindergartens in the compulsory education sector according to the principle of relative proximity; Request to transfer to or apply for various high schools in our city, with the same qualifications as children of local residents. A. The overseas student entrepreneurship park provides preferential policies such as tax reduction and exemption, application for various special funds, rental subsidies for start-up enterprises, financing guarantees, and loan interest subsidies, as well as excellent services for enterprises entering the park.
5. Special Program for Young Talents:
The “Overseas High level Talents” program provides a resettlement subsidy of 500000 yuan per person.
